After completing engineering in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering MR.SHRIRANG SADASHIV RANADE started the company in 1975 marketing cutting tools, measuring instruments, hand tools, machine tools accessories, garage tools etc.

Between 1975 and 1983, the company earned a good name in all the local industrial units. Between 1983 and 1989 the company concentrated more on garage tools & equipments.

 

 From 1990 onward the company shifted all efforts & resources to marketing of machinery. Mr. Ranade travelled all over India to source good Indian machines to supply to various types of customers in & around Pune in 1993. The company started a showroom in Bhosari Industrial Area, Pune.

 

After the liberalization of economic policy in India and due to the new import policy by Govt. of India, the company decided to venture into marketing of imported machinery in India

 

Mr. Ranade attended many overseas exhibitions dealing in machinery. He has visited

 

Metal Asia in Singapore in 1996.

 

TIMTOS 97 in Taipei Taiwan in March 1997.

 

CIMT 97 in Beijing China in April 1997.

 

SIMTOS 98 in Seoul machine tool show in1998.

 

Used Machinery Show 98 in Seoul.

 

Euroblech in Hanover, Germany in 2004, 2006, 2008, 2010, 2012.   

 

Between 1990 and 2000 the company was engaged in marketing of machines from China and Korea.

 

From 2000 the company is engaged in marketing new and used machinery from Germany and other European countries.
